Photobooth Emporium shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. 

In no event shall Photobooth Emporium be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages or liabilities (stated above) in connection with the purchase, use, or operation of the product. Photobooth Emporium is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or death during operation of an official Photobooth Emporium product. 

State Law Rights:

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state/country.

For the website:

This website may contain error typographical or inaccurate technique information. Besides, some messages which include product prices or stock may change or post without giving notice. Rights are reserved to refuse service and cancel orders in its caution. 


If the product is broken or defective not on account of any substantial physical use or damage within one year of purchase, customer is entitled to get free replacement or repair. It is required that photos and videos taken of the damaged product. We will use new or refurbished replacement component to repair your product, or replace your original item with another alternative. The alternative one will be the same function as your product, but might be in different outlook or model.  

Furthermore, the warranty is limited in time and situations. The limited warranty does not include any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. These conditions may include, but are not limited to inappropriate operation or improper maintenance. 

All returns for warranty claims are subject to an assessment by our of the Photobooth Emporium repair that make the decision if it will be cover or not by the manufacturer’s warranty.

For all Photobooth Emporium returns, shipping must be prepaid by the customer and package must display a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label.

Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Photobooth Emporium are the responsibility of the customer. To receive a return warranty form and RMA number, please contact [email protected] to communicate with one of our representatives. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Please note that our support team cannot provide RMA numbers over the phone, only through email. 

All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above. 

Under no circumstances the Manufacturer Warranty apply to products purchased from an unauthorized retailer or reseller.


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from Photobooth Emporium, you may return it within 15 days of the delivery date for a refund. Defective items may be returned within 15 Days of the delivery date as covered under the standard Manufacturer Warranty. Photobooth Emporium will either repair defective products using replacement parts, or issue a replacement unit to be sent in your unit’s place. Replacements may be different but functionally equivalent models, and may contain slight aesthetic damages. These decisions lie solely in the discretion of the Photobooth Emporium repair team.

Products that are sent back have to be in the same packaging as in origin, moreover, need to be completely new and unused. Also, all the other accessories must be returned at the same time, including all the relevant supplies such as manuals, bag, cards, any other accessories. For the notice, if the products have been seen any sign of abused or misused will not allowed be exchanged or returned.

Items returned for refund must be returned within 15 days of delivery to the customer. Under no circumstances will we issue refunds after 15 days.

Customers are responsible for the delivery fee.
